Milan, Italy - a fashionista city!

Milan, Italy

Milan is one of the cities in the world where you need to dress to the nines, flash a little money to get what you want, and be creative in order to survive. While you are doing all that, you can easily explore history, discover cultural delights, and dine on some extraordinary Italian cuisine. Don’t worry, you will love all the experiences and you really won’t need to flash wads of cash to have a fabulous time in this city!

Weather in Milan

Milan has four distinct seasons with summers being quite warm and the winters cold. WIth that being said, it never really gets below freezing in this beautiful city, but it never gets extremely hot either. As for rain, it occurs throughout the year, but the spring months bring the most.

Things to Do While Visiting Milan

There are so many things to see and do while you are visiting Milan, so you will want to plan your time in this city carefully. If you do not do this, you will find that you are missing so many things that you truly wanted to see during your visit.

One of the first attractions you will want to visit when you arrive in Milan is the Duomo Cathedral. This Gothic cathedral is considered a masterpiece, both inside and out. If you are looking for Michelangelo’s Last Supper, you will need to venture over to the Santa Maria delle Grazie Church, so you may have two churches on your itinerary. While you may want to skip one, I recommend that you see them both if you have the time.

La Scala Opera House is a must-see for everyone, even if you dislike the opera with a passion. If you have no desire to see a performance, you should at least take a tour of this building to see all the intricate details that were included during the construction process.
